What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I have a lot of interests, but cemeteries and murder mysteries are my jam. I am also obsessed with dogs.

What is your favorite food? Why did you pick this as your favorite?
Crab legs hands down. Naturally sweet right from the ocean.

What are two of your favorite hobbies?
Candle making/crafts & tennis

If you could choose any animal to be, what would it be and why?
“I always wanted to be a dinosaur. I wanted to be a Tyrannosaurus Rex more than anything in the world. I made my arms short and I roamed the backyard, I chased the neighborhood cats, growled and I roared. Everybody knew me and was afraid of me.” – Step Brothers

What gets you out of bed every morning?
My daughter.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your younger self?
Not everything is worth stressing over. Be calm and patient.

What is your personal mantra?
It is my choice to have a great day and I choose to be grateful.

When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I just wanted to be happy in whatever I decided to do.

What does your morning routine look like?
shower, caffeine, loud music, and a smile.

Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
My dog, Ben. He lets himself out to use the bathroom and often gets rides home from neighbors when he visits them without asking.

What kind of activities do you like to do with your friends or family?
I like to spend time with my 6-year-old daughter- either playing outside, doing crafts, or watching movies together.

If you won the lottery and had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would buy a home and pay it off, buy a camp on a lake, pay off debt and put money aside for retirement and my daughter’s education.

What was your favorite vacation?
Niagara Falls.

If you could have dinner with any person from any time period, who would it be and why?
Michael Scott- The Office (for obvious reasons)

If you were to write a memoir, what would the title be?
“An honest mood”

What made you want to work where you’re at now?
A phone call the day after I interviewed asking if I wanted to temporarily cover the front desk.

Before working at your current job, what was the most interesting job you had?
I sold insurance at State Farm.

What do you look forward to most when you walk into work?
The energy.

What is your favorite thing about your job?
There’s a lot of variety. I don’t do the same things every day. That’s very important to me.

What’s unique about the culture at your company?
Staffing isn’t easy and it’s not an industry for everyone. Everyone works hard, or they don’t succeed here.

What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
Be reliable and consistent. Do what you say you’re going to do.

What do you find most rewarding about your job?
Making matches between job seekers who need work and employers who need staff. That makes a big impact on our communities.

What led you to a career in staffing?
I didn’t really know I was applying to work in staffing; staffing found me.

What is your proudest moment at your job?
Each promotion I was given.
