- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of industrial/manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred
- Most assembly line production worker positions require you to lift, bend, etc.
- Ability to read and follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures
