Customer Service Representative Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for interfacing directly with customers and building positive company impressions. You will have a solid understanding of daily contact with customers, mills, and logistics, compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer requirements, and resolving a variety of order-related issues by coordinating and communicating with customers. Successful candidates will be personable, adaptable, and have a positive demeanor which will represent the company well.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

        • High School diploma or equivalent
        • Prior front-facing customer service experience preferred
        • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong emphasis in Excel
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills
        • Ability to perform different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
        • Strong attention to detail to effectively perform administrative tasks
        • An enthusiastic team spirit
        • Ability work in call center environment
